Importance of English Language

 

English language has brought the people of the world together through its communicative approach. It has been a global language in daily activities that people use to perform their work. It has been an essential language for everybody in education, business, transportation, and journalism. Without the knowledge of English, people can't be updated with perfect information. That's why English is the language of everybody. Language is one of the factors to make people feel close up.

English opens the door of knowledge as the most important books have been written in English. Those who know English can go into the books and gain knowledge very easily but those who do not know English remain outside the door of knowledge. Besides, most of the magazines, newspaper and journals are published in English throughout the world. Undoubtedly they are full of knowledge and information and one should know English to update themselves with current information day by day. People who speak English as a second language consider that English is easier than any other language because English has more alternatives to express idea.

Transportation and media use English language. International airlines use only English without which air transportation is almost impossible. It is the time of media and news and English has been the language of media. CNN, BBC and many international TV and radio broadcasts have been using English and people have to know English to understand the news. Except them, internet, email and other electronic media have been using English. Electronic media have globalized the people across the world through English language so English has been an important part of life for modern people nowadays.
